Leith Tram Depot, Leith
The brief for this project was to design an independent food retail store in the Leith Tram Depot.
The design of a boutique cake shop with a café and baking class was inspired by the Swedish concept of taking a break with friends for cake and coffee - FIKA. The design reflects the Scandinavian concept behind the shop in terms of minimalism and materiality.
